WHAT WE OFFER
Full service interior design
TMD’s bespoke design service is perfect for professionals and retirees looking to achieve the ultimate customized space - whether that’s a new build, kitchen or bath renovation or furnishing your entire home. Our proprietary in-depth questionnaire and design consultation inform us about your habits and lifestyle to create a tailor-made space that works for you and looks beautiful. We roll out the red carpet treatment from start to finish, source trade-only vendors and do all of the heavy lifting so you get to enjoy the process of making your dream space a reality. Although every project is entirely unique, our design fee typically costs 20-30% of the total budget and because we source unique and bespoke pieces, timelines from start to completion can range from 6 months to 1 year or more. These numbers are fluid depending on current workflow and resources so book a call to discuss your specific needs and if we can’t help, we’ll refer you to someone who can.
Designer Edit
You’ve excellent taste and a beautiful collection of furnishings, artifacts from travels, and sentimental heirlooms you’ve inherited but your space feels stuffed, uninspired and doesn’t work for you and your lifestyle. We’ll come in, audit your items, assess your needs and return to rearrange and edit your space for optimal flow and usability while curating your most beloved pieces and showcasing them in a way that moves and tells your story. The Designer Edit is also perfect for homeowners or agents preparing to put your home on the market. We’ll work with your team to strategize and edit your space so it’s showcased in its best light and maximize profits without spending thousands on a staging company.
Hourly consultation
Book Tina on an hourly basis to take advantage of her expertise with spatial planning, color selection, lighting, art curation or sourcing that perfect piece of furniture. If you’re feeling stuck about where to start in your design journey, Tina can help outline a plan to ensure your future purchases are lasting ones and your home becomes a legacy space that’s authentic and celebrates your journey.
Tina is also available to advise students or 2nd career professionals on their path to a fulfilling creative career in advertising, for portfolio reviews and helping HR professionals and creative departments create an equitable workforce that hones in on EDI efforts and uncovers biases in processes.
I DISCOVERY CALL
We'll brainstorm your design project goals via a phone or video call. If it's a good fit, we'll move on to the Design Consultation.

PROCESS

During this working session, we visit your home and discuss your vision 1:1. We'll also give you immediate design tips and steps to improve your space. If you decide to move forward with the Signature Service, we'll start putting together your design plan.
Up to 90 minutes. -
We'll strategize a custom design plan for your lifestyle and home. We'll also have an in-person presentation where we show you every detail, including (but not limited to) furniture placement, finishes, fabric samples, and a detailed floor plan of each of your spaces.
To discuss quotes and plans with external vendors, including electricians, general contractors, tile installers, painters, etc., we will schedule separate meetings as needed.

Once we've finalized your design plan and all selections are approved, we start executing your vision. We'll schedule all appointments with your vendors, place your furniture orders, and take care of every detail behind the scenes.

This is where you get to see your final design vision come to life! We bring our professional installers and place your furniture, rugs, and décor in just the right spot. We fluff every pillow and hang every piece of art (so you don't have to lift a finger).
